Training Manager
Position: Mast Climber/Transport Platform Projects
Salary: $79,500 per year
Hours of employment: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Minimum Requirements: Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities
Design, oversee and direct all aspects of Mast Climber/Transport Platform Project training programs offered.
Conduct regular training needs analysis through consultation with management and internal and external stakeholders.
Design, plan, organize, direct & conduct Mast Climber/Transport Platform Project training programs.
Develop instructional course material, manuals and assessment processes for Mast Climber/Transport Platform Project training programs.
Manage and oversee Learning Management System to effectively integrate the blended learning of Mast Climber/Transport Platform Project training programs.
Plan, conduct and manage training procedures, instructional materials, equipment, Learning Management System and additional teaching aids.
Develop systems to monitor and gather metrics related to continuous improvement, best practice and governance through the integration and dissemination of feedback.
Audit, analyze & review Mast Climber/Transport Platform Project training programs.
Develop & maintain course record databases; assess effectiveness of training and develop alternative training methods when necessary.
Draft and implement policy & procedure manuals for Mast Climber/Transport Platform Project training program operations.
Manage participant enrolments.
Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports.
